SMM panel

A web storefront that resells social-media engagement — followers, likes, views — usually bought wholesale from a supplier the buyer never sees.

An SMM panel is a retail website that sells social-media engagement by the thousand. You pick a service, paste a link, pay, and the panel places the order.

Almost none of them produce anything. The overwhelming majority are resellers: they buy from a wholesaler, mark the price up, and present the result as their own service. This is why panels with entirely different branding so often quote near-identical prices and deliver on near-identical timings — they are the same supply chain wearing different clothes.

The practical consequence for a buyer is that the panel's brand tells you very little. What tells you something is the price it charges and the time an order actually takes, which is why this publication measures both.
