Completion time
How long an order actually takes, measured from placement to full delivery. Not the same as the panel's advertised average.
Every panel publishes an average delivery time on its service list. Those figures are self-reported, rarely updated, and usually describe whichever upstream supplier the order happened to route to that day.
We do not reprint them. We place real orders and time them, and we publish the sample count next to every median precisely so you can discount a thin one.
Observed completion times in this market vary far more than prices do, and they do not reliably correlate with price. That finding is the single most useful thing in our data.
